Where do I get Aura Chat?
On iPhone and iPad, search “Aura Chat” on the App Store or tap the App Store button on our home page. On Android, tap “Android” on the home page to download the installer (APK).
Android says the app is from an unknown source. Is that OK?
Android shows this for every app installed outside a store. Only download from whyuz.com.cn, then allow your browser to install apps when asked. The download dialog lists the file’s SHA-256 so you can check it hasn’t been changed.
How do I top up diamonds?
Top up from the wallet in the app, or tap Top Up at the top of this site and enter your Aura ID. You’ll find your Aura ID on the Me tab in the app.
How do I delete my account?
Delete it from Settings in the app, or follow the steps on the Delete Account page and we’ll handle it for you.
Someone is harassing me. What can I do?
Use Report or Block on their profile, in a chat or in a room and we’ll review it quickly. For anything urgent, email us.
